The founder
Former lawmaker. Three-decade entrepreneur and CEO. Board and commission chairman. Father of three.
I've spent my career navigating high-stakes situations in business, public life and organizations — situations where stated positions and actual motivations were not always the same thing.
Navistro started more informally — female friends and colleagues forwarding me texts, recounting conversations, or describing situations and asking some version of the same question: “What does this mean and what do I do next?”
Sometimes it was a relationship or divorce. Sometimes a difficult conversation, negotiation, workplace dynamic or life decision. For women in particular, it often meant wanting a candid male perspective they trusted enough to ask for — and trusted enough not to simply tell them what they wanted to hear.
Over time, I realized there was a consistent need behind those conversations: thoughtful, candid outside perspective from someone who could separate what was being said from what was actually happening — and help identify the next move.
Navistro grew out of that need.
The service is built around that perspective, but the brand is intentionally larger than a résumé. Navistro is the method and the experience: understand the situation, see the dynamics, and navigate with informed confidence.
