Is this coaching?
We don't approach this like traditional coaching — we approach it like a strategic partnership. Bring a specific challenge, decision or dynamic and we'll work through what may be happening and what you may want to consider next.
Back to top ↑Is Navistro therapy?
No. Navistro is not a therapy practice, does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and is not a substitute for licensed mental-health care.
Back to top ↑Is this legal advice?
No. Navistro is not a law firm and does not tell you what the law says, what to file, or how a court will rule. Those questions belong with your lawyer.
Back to top ↑Are conversations privileged?
No. Communications with Navistro are not legally privileged in the way certain communications with attorneys or therapists may be.
Back to top ↑Can I send screenshots or documents?
Yes, when they materially help explain the situation. The intake upload supports optional image, PDF, and other file types. Send what helps illuminate the issue; more is not automatically better.
Back to top ↑When is my appointment confirmed?
Only after successful payment. Selecting an available time during the booking flow is provisional until payment is completed.
Back to top ↑Do you review my intake before I pay?
No. Your information can be saved before booking, but it does not enter the active review queue until payment confirms the appointment.
Back to top ↑What if my question belongs with another professional?
We will tell you. Navistro is designed to complement—not replace—lawyers, therapists, financial advisors, medical professionals and other licensed experts.
